4 SEPTEMBER 2005 / Sunday -- this is the big Labor Day Weekend, signaling the end of summer vacation and back to school -- tomorrow is also a holiday -- once again, I have not even seen the beach this summer!
Of course the major news here for the last week has been Hurricane Katrina -- I have been following it since before it hit the USA, spending countless hours surfing the web for information, and hope to add a special report page about it and my thoughts concerning how prepared everybody seemed to have been for something they knew was coming. Had I to be 30 years younger and less tied down than I have been for many years, I would have been there lending a helping hand where I could. My heart goes out to those who lost family, friends and personal property. Marcella, a friend in Baton Rouge , Louisiana, has contacted me a couple times via email and instant message that she is OK, without electricity, but she has a generator -- getting the gasoline for it and her car is not an easy task.
The host servers for some of my domains are located in New Orleans, and when I went to a few of the web sites all I got was a notice that the hurricane affected their ability to get fuel for their emergency generators -- they were back online yesterday.
I have not done anything else with the garages since my reports last month, but I may start priming and painting the front, or maybe the inside of the doors, sometime this week -- eBay has been very slow, so maybe I will not list anything for a week or two and finally get more work done on this property.
Kappora's kitten is doing fine, and follows me when I go into the bedroom -- he has not yet discovered how to crawl up the blanket onto the bed -- interestingly enough, Fabiola had two kittens on 30 August, also by Zews, the Russian Sphynx -- one of them died the next day, the other is hanging in there and seems to be OK thus far -- she is also in the bedroom, Zews sometimes jumps in the box with her, but Kappora is not all that happy about another female sharing her room! She will get over it -- cats always do, somehow. I hope the new baby continues well -- it would be neato to see the two kittens playing together.
The weather has been quite warm and muggy -- little rain, but it does get cooler at night. Although I have loads of new kewl links to add, maybe I will include a bunch next time.
5 SEPTEMBER 2005 / Monday --
15 SEPTEMBER 2005 / Thursday -- since I am either too lazy to update my news, or there is none, maybe I can just add a new batch of kewl links from that folder that keeps getting filled with more and more --

14 October 2005 / Friday -- it has been a month since my last update, which suggests that things have been happening, which I guess is true -- I shall simply give you brief ideas of what they have been in this update -- it has been raining for several days already, beginning with the leftover effects of whatever that last hurricane was -- the temperatures have been dropping, I no longer use the two air conditioners, and two nights ago when I was working on eBay stuff I was getting chilled, so I connected the oil-filled electric radiator, put my knit hat and a jacket on in my study. The leaves have changed color and most have fallen off onto my Honda. I swept the leaves from the sidewalk a couple times, and probably must do it twice more.
Since Kappora didn't seem to be feeding her last kitten, I put it with Fabiola, who was still nursing her single remaining kitty and she accepted it graciously, being the good mommy she always is -- -- unfortunately, for whatever reason, after two days it croaked! Fabiola's baby developed an eye infection in its right eye -- I put the antibiotic cream in it, but it does not seem to be improving. This was Kappora on 26 September, and her last female kitten (I named her Olga, after my Mother's middle name) relaxing in bed -- Olga is progressing fabulously and is adorable, following me around all the time when I am visiting the bedroom -- -- notice how globular the mommy is. Well, yesterday she had FIVE kittens! I was quite amazed, but had been sort of thinking she would have them soon-ish. I had a box for her in the room, but she had them all in the bed, which I freshly changed, meaning that I had to change the linens again. For some reason she put two of the newbys in the box on the floor, and had the other three with her under the blanket, so I put the two from the box in with Fabiola in the bathroom -- last time I looked in on both batches they were seemingly OK -- I do not have any more infant cat formula, so I shall have to get some today or tomorrow, just in case they appear to need nourishment. Hopefully some of this batch survives until I am able to offer them for adoption in 2-3 months! I may keep Olga. What I really would like to do is take Zews, the daddy cat, to cat shows (his parents were Grand Champions in Europe!), but would have to radically alter my activities, which is not very easy at this point, unless I sell the property where I am now living.
I have already changed my Yahoo auction format to a Holiday theme to hopefuly get the viewers into a buying mood --
and have the eBay listings with a Halloween -- -- theme, which will change at the end of this month to my usual Holiday formatting -- not too much trouble but requires major reformatting of all the old pages = time!
I finally saw Ken, the owner of the closed / for sale candy wholesaler across from me -- he had been in the hospital for over a week because he was working on his garages and was bitten on the leg by a brown recluse spider! He gave me two nice steel shelving units from the store, which took me two days to dismantle in order to get one of them upstairs to my apartment, and the other for the garages. He promised me two more, which I already partly took apart, but have not seen him since then. This is one of the shelves, a smaller unit, which I am using in my study for antiquarian books and some other things I list on eBay and Yahoo auctions -- -- it fits ergonomically into a space bedside one of the two metal filing cabinets I have in my study, and holds the books that were stacked in eight boxes on the floor, which made it somewhat difficult to move around (the wooden thing on the left is the side of another book shelf for auction catalogs) -- -- notice that I did not remove the product labels he had on it, just to keep the atmosphere alive -- now everything is in one convenient place, and the floor space is once again more open. I hope to get my three or four wooden book shelves from West Trenton once Bernie sells the place, and they will be lined up in the entrance hallway, replacing, hopefully, the stacks of boxes of books now there as well as some from the entrance stairwell.
In irregular visits to West Trenton I have been taking pics of the antique wrought iron fence I have there behind what remains of the greenhouse -- when Bernie sells the place, I have absolutely NO room to stash it all anywhere, so my hope is to sell it (if I could use it here, I certainly would, but I have other plans for the small patio here)-- early this morning I finally finished a web page -- -- with the details of the fence on it, and also listed it on Yard Sale Net -- if any of my readers might be interested in acquiring this fabulous, really heavy 100 foot of fencing with upright mounting polls, my contact email address is found below.
I installed a large shelf from Ken in the garages, and a fluorescent light fixture (another similar fixture must yet be mounted on the left side) -- pics may appear in my next update. Now I want to repair the warped and broken panels from the right door, then paint or at least prime the inside of the three doors, just to make it brighter when I am doing something in there -- after that comes the outside.
I have been very tired lately, snoozing a lot at the computer during the day, and perhaps crawling into bed with the cats every other day.
Some dumb rooky cop, fresh out of the Academy, gave me a ticket a few weeks ago for parking in MY designated handicapped parking space in front of my entrance door without a permit -- when I saw the ticket I went down, then immediately called the police to complain that my handicapped placard was in my front window, as usual. The dork came over and spent at least a half hour talking at me -- at the Academy they told him that only a handicapped license plate and / or the small sign that hangs from the rear view mirror was acceptable, nothing about placards! I will not go into our drawn out discussion, which got heated at times, but last week I got a letter from the Violations Bureau duly informing me that because I did not appear at a court hearing, my license would be suspended! I did not receive any notice of hearing or anything else! So I called them again, and the nice lady scheduled me, as a favor, as a write in on the court list for the evening of last Tuesday, 11 October -- the only normal available date would have been in mid November, and by that time they would have suspended my driving privileges! So I went, and was ready to really lay it on that idiot, but the prosecutor asked me about the matter, I showed him the placard, as old and beaten up as it is, and the judge simply dismissed the case -- as Martha would say, it's a good thing, because I was ready to say some choice things about the swaggering rooky, who did not even show up for the hearing!
15 October 2005 / Saturday -- the world premiere of the newly released remake of The Postman Rang Twice -- -- a sizzling, steamy hi-tech romance film noir, destined to become a 21st century classic.
16 October 2005 / Sunday -- The rains finally stopped, the Sun came out, but it was somewhat windy. In the early afternoon I went to West Trenton to do some wash, feed the fish, get the mail out of the mailbox and put it in the kitchen for Bernar -- when I was in that area last week I noticed that Picerno's Fuels was going to have a Customer Satisfaction Sale today at 254.9 / gallon, so I went there too -- they are the cheapest within miles, usually having a slightly discounted sale on Mondays. When I arrived I noticed a festive atmosphere, canopies set up on the far side of the petrol station, with refreshments, hot dogs, country music by a live band -- -- as I was getting filled up, I sauntered over to see what was going on. Leigh Richards, the popular 92.5 XTU personality was hosting a series of kewl contests to win different goodies -- They are celebrating their 20th year on the air waves. She kept it in a Holloweeny theme, with cat shrieks, wolf howls, and a number guessing contest, using cards she randomly selected. I participated in a sorta easy one with only 10 numbers, and won once -- it was fast moving, and she kept the pace quickly chugging along -- you had to have 3 wins to get a prize. The next round was much more difficult, with 15 numbers and a wild card -- the one who guessed the card was the winner.
You would never imagine who won that one? ME! Here is Leigh giving me my prize after I howled in my best Sunday howl, after all, my AOL Buddy Icon is a werewolf -- -- so I do get a lot of practice! -- -- I was awarded a really kewl Bionicle 3 - Web of Shadows DVD -- I have a couple vintage Bionicle action figures in my eclectic collection, some of which I sold on eBay a couple years ago. One of the other contest participants, a buxom dark haired gal, was really into the ghost and ghoul thing -- -- transforming before our very eyes into a hideous looking, though subconsciously captivating, temptationfully arrousing succubus witchy type, complete with warty beak nose!
When I got back home I took a pic of all the goodies I got at Picerno's -- -- a True Value cap and helium filled balloon, a discount card for $1 off a 20 lb gas propane tank refill, a 2006 calender featuring sexy country singers and Chevy cars -- -- and, of course, the fabulous DVD.
Little did I anticipate that I would have such a fun filled afternoon! Maybe I should really get out more?
For all my fans out there in cyberLandia, here is a pinup from the above award photo (you all know how to grab a pic from the InterNUT already) -- seen here with long-ish scruffy wind-tossed hair, a weeks worth of stubble, a baseball cap, wearing a black cord long sleeve shirt, hiding behind my tinted glasses so that nobody recognizes me and rushes over for autographs or whatever -- a very unusual instant capture, perhaps, of the real redneck me, fitting to drive that studly Honda that I originally hated but got to love so much!!
I hope that your Sunday was just as thoroughly enjoyable.
29 October 2005 / Saturday -- today I did a post office run to West Trenton, stopping to pick up some wash and happened onto a yard sale -- saw a neato hat I sorta liked, so I got it for 50¢ -- when in my olde neighborhood I came across a local gathering of folks with their kiddies, maybe 6 families in all, with little toddlers in costume -- a bat, a tiger, an angel, a vampire -- I knew the lady from in back of my old place, so I stopped and chatted a while, had 2 hotdogs, about 6 cups of apple juice, chips and two Halloween cupcakes. A couple of the gals were carving pumpkins, and the kiddies were drawing faces on others. And guess what? I did not bring my freekin camera! Too bad, because the hat I got, and wore, naturally, was kinda in the spirit of costume night, and I am naturally scary enough with only a hat!
On the afternoon of the 27th I finally lit the gas furnace in the cellar -- I waited and waited up in the apartment for it to warm up (until then I wore a jacket, long knit cap pulled down over my ears and was shivering) -- NO heat appeared, so I went back down to the dungeons again and found that the pump was not working. It came with the place over 20 years ago and I sorta knew it was on its last legs, so I called Joe, my usual plumber three times, leaving messages on his answering machine. (while I am thinking about it, I have been using a smallish font size and NO BOLD to save on file space and loading time. If anyone cannot adjust their monitor for a readable size, which they should be able to, please do not hesitate to email me) --
OK, so he finally called me back while I was doing something in the garages -- he arrived and, of course the pump was kaput -- he replaced it with a newer smaller model, then discovered that the water intake valve did not work! Another trip to the supplier, and that was replaced. I bled the air from the only thingy in the kitchen upstairs, and it worked! I was VERY lucky to find Joe because his place in Florida was damaged by hurricane Wilma, and he was leaving the next day for a week in paradise to do the necessary repairs. The day after he returns he finally goes to Poland for a week. --- I would have frozen stiff by time he would return! I did not have enough money to pay him for the work (over $400), so he said it would be OK to give him a check when he returns from Poland -- he is good like that, and he has been doing my large and small plumbing jobs for many years, even though he is semi retired now.
I may have mentioned about that Kappora dragged two of her five new kittens to a different box, so I put them in with Fabiola in the bathroom, who was still nursing her last kitty -- two days later the pair died -- somehow Kappora must have known they would not survive? Since it was soooooo cold in the apartment, even though I put a small ceramic heater in my bedroom, she often stayed under the blankets rather than care for her remaining three kittens -- I bottle fed them for 3 days, but yesterday 2 of them also died! She is perhaps the worst mommy cat I ever had! So now I have to keep a watchful eye on the last one -- I looked in on them a couple minutes ago, and kitty appears to be fed. I had to take a new pic of Olga, who is doing well, thus far -- in this pic she is with Kappora -- -- these Sphynx are extremely difficult to breed, the kittens are very small compared with the Siamese, and they do not seem to be able to, or want to, nurse more than one or two at a time for some reason. That makes it difficult for me because now I have no kittens to offer for adoption for the holidays, and the amount of time, energy, worry and money for food is really a burden -- they eat like horses, not to mention the litter boxes and all that must be renewed. Kamiel, my oldest is still weird and only seems to like chicken, or he eats very little and is extremely thin, not to mention his rapid digestive tract -- as soon as he eats, he shits, but does not always make it to the little boxes. Oh, well, it was my decision to breed the things, so I guess I have to somehow deal with all of these details. If the apartment was not as totally cluttered, they would, naturally have the run of the entire place, but I cannot do that now, unfortunately.
I installed a new fluorescent light in the garages, and have another one to put in -- I want to paint or just prime the inside of the garage doors so it is somewhat brighter in there when I am doing something -- this is what the center door looks like now -- -- I wanted to prime it today or tomorrow, but had to go to the post office and do more wash in West Trenton, get an electrical outlet for the garages, plus that Halloween gathering occupied most of my morning. When I got back I gave the cats more raw chicken wings (with skin), cut using kitchen shears, which they seem to enjoy, especially Kamiel -- sometimes they even munch on the bones. I also have another load of stuff for the Salvation Army to clear out more of the garages, but that shall probably have to wait until next week.
Oh, yes, I mentioned that hat I got -- I took two pics of it in the bathroom, which was not the easiest thing to do, but they turned out sorta OK -- -- the simplistic whiskers were added for effect!
I have not gotten around to adding more links yet -- for over a week I have been making new Holiday pics / banners for my eBay and Yahoo auctions, just to get the potential bidders in the gift giving mood -- my latest items are all using the new Christmas format.
OK, so you want to see the second photo of SonnyCat in the hat? Here it is -- -- enjoy -- MEOWWWWWWWWWW

5 November 2005 / Saturday -- Indian Summer seems to be with us for about a week already -- warm-ish days, although the nights are quite cold, not reaching freezing yet.
After hand feeding the remaining new kittens for three days, they all croaked. I now have my Christmas format on eBay, but sales are still quite slow -- not quite miserable, though. I must have made at least 100 scans over the last week for new catalogues and other book items, as well as numerous photos for different things -- it is very time consuming -- I shall never understand how most other eBay sellers sell anything with NO photos and really short couple line items descriptions -- I was amazed that I even sold four thingys on YardSaleNet last week! I suspish that very few peepers even know about the Yahoo auctions because bidders there are seemingly rare, although I did sell a couple dozen thingys on Yahoo since I started using it in April.
For about a week Andale has been having serious problems with their services, and my visitor counter has shown a 1 for a few days already -- many eBay users use their photo and other services, and they have been loudly complaining about the glitches.
12 November 2005 / Saturday -- I moved the garage related stuff to a new special page --
22 November 2005 / Tuesday -- nothing new except some garage work updates
Happy Thanksgiving !
* D E C E M B E R *
4 December 2005 / Sunday -- I guess I can start with some things that I received via the Internet from some peepers -- better late than never, or so they say --
Thanksgiving Links -- Deb / Sherry / Sherry --xxx -- DO NOT CLICK! / Sherry -- / TedB -- blond on Black Friday / Eloise -- her photos / RonL -- on cupcake -- / RonL -- on cupcake -- / Linda
I started a Christmas 2005 page, which may or may not be online yet, and it will probably be filled by time my birthday arrives on 14 January 2006
After looking for it for 3+ year, I finally found a small bottle of holy water consecrated by Pope John Paul II which my Mother obtained at a mass in center city Philadelphia during his visit in 1979.
As I was about the prepare dinner on 28 October I discovered that the old Sharp microwave oven just made a loud buzzing sound but did not cook anything -- it was probably 10+ years old already -- to make a long story short-ish, I checked online to see what several places had / prices, called Bernar and asked him what should I get, then decided, two days later, to see what Sam's Club has -- did NOT like the 4 models there, so I went to nearby Good Buys, where they had several dozen different sizes / models, found exactly the updated Sharp I thought would be kewl, and after several so-called ASSociates repeatedly told me to get their extended warranty, which I had absolutely no interest in, I got it. This is the old one -- -- 800 watts, ± 2 cubic feet, simple to use, Ziggy looking at me wondering when his warm chicken wings will be ready! The new one is slightly largerin size but with the same inside capacity, 1200 watts, and the push pad controls are slightly more complicated with more options than the previous model (as in ALL new model anythings these days), plus, for whatever reason, it has a night light -- -- I cannot hallucinate why anyone would want a light on their microwave -- do they cook in the dark?
I have some very rare Czech ceramic sculptures that I have to sell -- -- so if you know of anyone who might be interested, please pass this info along. Bernie told me last week that he sold the place in West Trenton to the neighbors three houses away -- closing will probably take place in January 2006, so I have to find a way to get all of my things out of there, which will be a major task now that the winter has set in -- two days ago the ones who are buying it finally sold their place.
Early this morning it started to snow -- there must be about 2" of the white stuff on the streets. With the new much smaller pump the plumber put on the heating system, the apartment is a few degrees warmer than it ever was during the winter -- he told me it was a more powerful model, at least 1/4th the size of the old one, and that it would, naturally, circulate the hot water much better than previously without adding to the fuel cost.
And one last thing ................
-- I found a kewl link on the America On Line Spice Girl's message board for an individualized daily Trivia competition and thought it would be fun for the AOL Apple Computer group and for the members of the Attics and Beans Yahoo Groups message board, and of course, for my Kardas.net viewers -- near the end of November 2005 they were activated and ready to roll, but since so few knew about it, the participation was low -- hopefully, when my viewers see the links they will also participate and join the fun -- it only takes a couple minutes to answer the ten multiple choice questions.
I select the type of questions asked from the Fun Trivia web site -- they are different every day, so you should not see the same questions two days in a row. You have to sign up to play, and it is FREE -- after answering the questions on one contest, you must sign out and sign in again on the second contest. Hey, if you have your own web site, you can organize a trivia contest for it too!
I hope to take screen shots each month of the five or ten players having the top scores, and already made a Hall of Fame page where the monthly winners will be posted, so join the fun!
13 December 2005 / Tuesday -- I have been in hibernation due to the extreme cold, even during the days. I have been attempting to crank out a lot of totally new items for eBay, which takes a lot of time -- I stopped using gallery and switched to 10-day auctions which seem to get more viewers and, hopefully, bidders.
Bernie cleaned out the kitchen cabinets at his place in West Trenton, so I got a few boxes of food, everything in the freezer, mixes, canned goods and open bottles of wine and liquors for my stash. Every little bit helps, of course. He also simply dumped all the clothes he had in his closets into 4 large trash bags, which I also took -- I do not understand this because many of the things are totally new, and all are in excellent condition, many designer brands.
The large burner on my electric Whirlpool stovetop is burned out again -- you may recall that I repaired the fried contact only a couple months ago -- I am thinking of perhaps getting a new flat surface stovetop to replace it, but they appear to be quite expensive -- since I just paid the excessive city taxes on this place, I really do not have any spare change for something that costly -- the small burners do work but are a PITA for large pots, which is how I usually prepare my dinners that usually last 3 days.
I do not want to add too much more now because have a backlog of things that MUST be done in the next few days, but I did at least put my annual Holiday page online, as short as it now is.
You may have noticed that my visitor counter number has advanced quite a bit! It could actually be a mistake. Actually, I always complained that Andale was flakey as hell because the counter never registers what it is supposed to -- well, for the last few days it is showing a sequence of numbers that almost amaze me, almost -- when I first used this counter I thought, why not use the same counter on all of my web pages, which must number into the 1000s by now (it is even on all my Yahoo auction and Yardsalenet item pages, which in themselves have numbered close to one thousand). In theory it would register hits on any one of the pages and the numbers would increase very rapidly. That is how it worked when I used other outsourced hit counters in the past -- unlike many other web masters I am NOT interested in all the stats that usually are associated with these things (for example : tracking the browser used, the link they used to find the page/s, what country they come from, and several others), I simply wanted to know how many peepers click on any and all of my online pages. Well, apparently my stuff does get loads of hits, many more than I might have hallucinated, now seemingly numbered in the billions! But, hey, I have been doing this web site / domain thing for well over 8-9 years already, and find it very gratifying that even one hundredth that number might visit my InterNUT pages! What really, honestly DOES amaze me is that I have been able to do all of that using basically only TWO fingers to type with! I thank God for still being able to do it despite my many other limitations.
A lady who does the trivia things told me she hates my Christmas countdown counter! She said it reminds her that she does not have any gift shopping done yet!
23 December 2005 / Friday -- Too much pre-Holiday stuff to even remember since my last update! I took a couple Honda fulls of things to the Salvation Army, including toys, books, my old microwave and other electronic gizmos, candy and an 8 foot Christmas tree with lights that was languishing in the basement, unused, for many years (I have another one down there that I am keeping for when I may be able to find the space to set it up -- although I really prefer a live tree). I filled shopping bags with some food things, and a lot of the goodies (candy, etc.) that I got at Erwin's when they closed, as well as some of the things Bernar left in the kitchen in West Trenton, placing one bag after midnight every day this week on the platform entrance of my closed shop facing the main street below -- it was gone by daylight -- I still have 2 bags left. Made a couple extra post office runs to my usual West Trenton branch for absolutely every payment that came in thus far, hoping that they would be delivered before Christmas -- I also took some 100 auction catalogs, a few toys and piles of candy for the postal staff and their customers, as I do each and every year. Oh, yeah, on the 16th I finally got a haircut! All that hair hanging down over my ugly mugg made just about everything I looked at seem sort of fuzzy.
Three Christmas cards have not yet been sent out because I want to include something in them, and I have been extra busy with too many other things -- with any luck they may get to the post office on Saturday morning, maybe. I am soooooo bleary eyed that I had to type all this in a font 3 sized larger than I normally use just to see it clearly!
24 December 2005 / Saturday -- Well I sort of overslept until 11h today (I needed it!) and noticed that the temperature outside was a delightful almost Indian Summer - like 52 degrees, so I decided to run out and finish the white on the garage doors. I redid all the white that I painted in November before an unexpected and unforecast heavy rain which washed off much of what I did that day, and also the right door which I could not get to then. It was getting dark, so I could not take my usual photo.
Now I want to do some scans of things for eBay so that the potential bidders can always find something which may interest them. Last night I made a stew-like concoction with veal, lots of veggies, my usual garlic, and I threw in a handful of pasta and cuscus to absorb whatever liquid might remain -- it was great, and the cats even loved it -- that should last me another 2 days. I guess I shall have to mop the kitchen and vacuum my study tomorrow, things I wanted to do today. NO, I did not do the couple remaining Christmas cards today! Maybe Monday?
25 December 2005 / Sunday -- Here is a photo of the garage doors I painted yesterday -- -- the entire shaggy dog story may be found on The Great Garage Caper. I am now busy opening a pile of gifts -- do not forget to check out my Christmas page for the spellbinding details.
So have a wonderful Christmas -- I hope that Santa brought you all kinds of kewl useful goodies.
28 December 2005 / Wednesday -- I was going to touch up the blue on the garages today and take some wash to West Trenton, but my brother called me on the phone before noon and told me they were coming over for the first time in about 5 years! Of course I had to change plans -- the place was already relatively clean, I was working on some scans for eBay, but that could wait -- I wrapped the few gifts I had for them this year, was doing a scan when the doorbell rang in the mid afternoon. You can find the entire illustrated story on my Christmas page -- click on my Holiday pinup to get there --
31 December 2005 / Saturday -- only a couple new things to complete this eventful year -- another record set for the number of photos, other illustrations and links in my blog --
I have given much thought to that seemingly idiotic Intelligent Design thing which some pushy peeps from what they call the Religious Right, a somewhat radical gang with much political clout (at least in some circles -- I sorta think of them as the Religious Wrong) want to replace the more scientifically tenable Evolution with -- I saw a graphic of this unpopular new approach to REinterpreting things in a very slanted way to further their hidden agenda, and begin to wonder if they really are on to the correct and more meaningful view of how we progressed from lower simian forms -- hey, I can thump a Bible as well as the rest of them -- From the Book of Jobs -- what do you think?
Flin sent a really kewl interactive New Years greeting, which will end my YES for 2005 -- HAPPY NEW YEARS
I shall begin 2006 with a new page, so check it out when I upload it -- thank you, Essex Thomas, for allowing me to use your kewl background graphic this year -- it is also the theme of my 2006 Kardas Award for Internet Creativity --
NO, I have not yet updated my Kewl Links pages, but am extremely slowly working on them
Because listing all the new kewl links after each news update hogs up a lot of page coding space, I decided to simply include the new links directly on the corresponding kewl link pages -- since the folder of new links keeps increasing on a daily basis, the updates may be sporadic -- to make it easier to find the new additions, they will be indicated by a in each category -- here is what each page contains and their respective link
