Highlights - 1994 |
January :
- sent and received my first FAX
- Shiva has 5 Siamese kittens
-s tart taking Prozac
- the best, snowiest, and coldest winter since my childhood ! Of course, due to current low cycle of solar activity ! Watch for at least another one !
February :
- got semi-used l993 Festiva to replace old one; great on gas !
March :
- started genealogical research : Kardas / Sambor
- trip to authenticate 3 original Dalí works in my collection; Barcelona, Figueras, Cadaqués, Spain. Meeting with Capt. J.P. Moore, secretary of Dalí for many years

April :
- Bernar paved driveway with crushed stone
May :
- get new passport
- Shiva has 6 more kittens
July :
- 3rd anniversary of death of Evelio; dinner with 3 friends at Martine's, New Hope, Pennsylvania
August :
- finally finished first edition of art inventory; 332 listings
- at last ! Got oak Praire style sofa and chair upholstered for living room; Bernar's pattern for cushions
- get Power Mac 6100/60AV computer, and accesories
September :
-s chool begins again. I started teaching in Trenton in 1982 !
October :
- Bernar removed outside stairs to 2nd floor ; replaced cedar shingles
- Shiva's 3rd litter of 6 kittens (horny ole pussy !)
November :
- went to Juan Manual Serrat (Catalán singer) concert in New York; I even remembered the words to songs after over 14 years !
- made 24.5 lb turkey for Thanksgiving; enjoyed for 5 days by Bart and I, plus the 3 dogs (Mieka, Sprout/Brussel Griffons andTracey/Doberman), and the Siamese cats (Devi, Shiva, Chucky and the 6 kittens)
December :
- published second edition of art inventory; 695 listings
- finally met Mrs. Phyllis Lucas, Dalí's 1st U.S. publisher, in N.Y.
